  • Sheet Pan

Ingredients

  • olive oil
  • 16 oz frozen organic green beans 2 cups
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Maldon's salt or pink salt (For flavoring, but regular salt is fine)
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

  • Put parchment paper sheet on sheet pan.

  • Put two cups (16 ounces) of frozen green beans onto baking sheet.

  • If you have time, make space in between green beans. This will help to make the green beans crispier.

  • Drizzle olive oil on top of the frozen green beans

  • Add garlic powder, salt and pepper to your liking onto of the frozen green beans.

  • Put into heated oven.

  • Cook for 20 minutes.

  • Take green beans out of oven and flip green beans to the other side.

  • Cook for another set and second 20 minutes.

  • Take green beans out of oven and flip green beans.

  • Cook for a third 20 minutes. (Total 60 minutes)

  • Scoop 1 cup for one serving. And save second cup of crispy green beans for tomorrow's lunch or dinner. Or use second cup for someone else or yourself!
